The Balthazar Bogisic Collection contains items acquired by the lawyer and cultural archivist Bogisic. This collection includes further paintings by Vlaho Bukovac and a large number of Croatian literature books of which some are written in Italian. There is also an important display dedicated to the Cavtat carnival celebrations of 1901.
The collection is based in the Rector’s Palace which has been owned by Bogisic since 1958.
