The Bishop’s Treasury contains a large amount of the treasures from St Mark’s Cathedral which includes an impressive small art collection with pieces by Carpaccio and Bassano. There is a curious statue of the Mary Queen of Scots within the collection and adjacent to the Bishop’s Treasury is an annexe containing Roman and Byzantine pottery. The “museum” also includes acquisitions from local shipwrecks.
