The Church of the Assumption in Osor dates from the fifteenth century. The façade on the front of the church is Renaissance and includes a carved relief of the Virgin Mary. Inside the church can be found a baroque altar and several paintings dating from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. Across the square from the church is a sculpture made by Ivan Mestrovic which is linked to the local music festivities.
