Gajna Natural Park was preserved in 1990 as a result of the Brod Ecological Association project. Gajna is a marsh that was drained between 1772 and 1953 using man made dykes. Flood gates are used today to control water levels and grazing fields for cattle. There is a didactic pathway with display boards along the route at important points of view.
