The Marija Bistrica manor is a neo-classical building that is in the highest category that is in the highest category of important monuments in Croatia. It has a portico on the front of the house and has a square plan with a central hall. It was first owned by Count Peter Sermage and is now inhabited by the Hellenbach family. The garden was also designed in the classical style and there are a number of old trees remaining such as copper beechs, limes and planes.
