Jastrebarsko Museum can be found in the former City Hall building which has been recently renovated. The building dates from 1826. The collections in the museum are: history and ethnology. There is also a craft exhibition as well as a gallery. Of notable interest is a document entitled “bula” which dates from the 12th of January 1257. This is relating to when Jastrebarsko was granted the Chapter of Free Royal trade. This enabled the citizens of the town to have freedom for many centuries.
