The Novak archaeological collection is an extensive Neolithic collection and was collected by Grga Novak who began his gathering in 1912. A large number of the artefacts are from the Grapceva cave and Markova cave both on Hvar island. The collection is featured in a book written by a group of archaeologists and it is called Prehistoric Hvar, Grapceva cave.
