The museum of Gacka has a large collection of items dating from prehistoric times to the modern day. The archaeological collection shows the lives of the Illyrian tribes around Otocac and the ethnographic collection demonstrates the culture of the last 100 years including the traditional folk costume of the area. There is also a collection about the Croatian War of Independence with weapons and other war related items. One notable display is Spomen an exhibition relating to the colourist Stojan Aralic.
