The Djavoko stud farm was founded in 1239 by the Bosnia-Surmia bishops as a gift but was first mentioned in a document in 1506. The farm has been breeding exclusively Lippizaner horses for a very long time and is well known throughout the world for their beautiful horses. It is well worth taking the time to visit the farm and to admire the fine breeding stock.
