Poznanovec’s Sermage-Ritter Manor is associated with the former medieval castle and thermal spa that were owned by Hermik Sermage and Adolf Ritter. The property has had many different owners. The Baroque/Classicist house is approached by a 200 metre long poplar lined avenue. Of note in the gardens is the red horse chestnut tree with yellow flowers that is unique to the Sermage-Ritter Manor. The property is currently home to chickens
