The Sisak city museum’s collection is divided into collections such as archaeology, numismatics, ethnography, contemporary art and library. The majority of the museum’s 20,000 objects belong to the antiquity section and are of Roman origin from the city of Siscia. The art gallery contains over 700 objects by several notable twentieth century artists including local painter Spomenka Zidana.
