The Villa Magnolia was also designed by Karl Seidl who designed several other villas in Lovran. This villa was made for the Baroness Luise Klein Wusenburg. It was built between the years 1904 to 1906 and is situated beside the sea, close to the coastal road. The house is two stories and has pretty loggias and a highly decorated portico. In the garden there is a miniature fisherman’s cottage.
